Just wondering if anyone else uses speed cubing to help with anxiety or if anyone here just like speed cubing. My average time for a 3x3 is 50ish seconds.

Speedcubing sound like it would be anxiety inducing.

I can see how it might be for some people but somehow it calms me helps me focus and makes me feel accomplished.
