Quid Pro Quo

Being single has like cons where people try to pressure you into a relationship and don't respect your relationship wishes. Sometimes people will stop giving you help and force you to get help from someone who is single. The Panera Bread in Wheaton I worked at has Quid Pro Quo going on and they wouldn't leave me alone. It was unethical and stupid. Sometimes I wonder if a force exists that agrees that this is NOT workplace acceptable behavior. There's no reason why I should only ever have help from one guy who wont respect my rights and identity. F*** the dish person. He must need his job so bad that he initiated this thing. I don't think I had any trustworthy people look after me at all there.

@redNorth8233 It sounds like you are having a rough time at work. Being allowed to establish professional boundaries is important. I wish you well.
