I have quit all social media and only use instant messaging. I quit watching YouTube and TV. I quit playing video games. All these help me to reduce my triggers and temptation, but I didn't quit porn completely . So my next step is to quit the internet.

Going offline for a while can be beneficial for you. I’ve done the same (apart work) for 6-8 months while i fought with my porn addiction. Your mine will be clearer and you will be able to take better decisions. I also learn that changing my diet and doing some physical exercise or jog can help a lot. God bless you, stay strong!
