3 years of sobriety... leaving my support group

Scary thing to leave a group 20+ men who have struggled and still struggle with the same addiction I have had.

I have learned a lot but Im very anxious about being on my own again. I want to keep a sense of community but I cannot go through the same material again with the same people. My recovery is screaming for a different experience to build from.

i have hit rock bottom before. I never want to be there again. Its been a long road to recovery. I will have to invest in those I care most about and stop feeling sorry for myself.

I can be better.
