ashamed and frustrated (TW SA)
im 16 and have been exposed to porn since i was 9. ive never talked to anyone about this bc im ashamed and scared what others may think of it. bc of (c)sa i also have very bad kinks and i just wanna be normal but idk how to stop it. ive never had a healthy view of sexual intimacy because i was first sa’d when i was 5. i wanna stop but im too scared to tell anyone and possibly get shamed even more for things im already super ashamed for. any advice?

You were exposed to this from i assume older people whom knew better then expose a child to that.... That is NOT your fault so why be ashamed..... if whomever abused you or got you exposed to things are not your parents ..do you feel you could tell them or one of them?
If it was you parents honestly maybe it is time to speak out to a teacher/ counselor etc. When you speak up there may be fallout ... whomever did this to you should face that.
I know people can be judgmental so not tell all people but when you find a person you can trust sharing lessens the burden of a secret. I can understand you might have issues knowing whom you can trust.
