If you developed this addiction without them noticing why would it be harder to quit.
perhaps telling them will make the task of quitting more urgent and keep you determined.
Look addiction is something, that we have to understand. Its not something that we have to run away from this. Simply it means when you try to stop but you can't. And yk the answer to quit any addiction is simple. Just stop using this. And you got
