So first of all, 3 weeks is huge. That's absolutely amazing, and I'm super proud of you!
It's completely understandable for this to be hard. It's something you've been able to lean on, so not only are you dealing with the physical withdrawal, you're also experiencing emotional withdrawal. That's really difficult.
I see you. I hope your pain eases soon.
