New here
Gambling started within my family. Then I worked at a casino and finally developed an addiction to cope after my ex left me ten years ago. I have been doing counselling and support groups but just feel I hit my bottom again with in the last few days. Grateful for only a bit of debt and hopeful to quit and start dealing with my emotions more healthily.

Hello there! Welcome to 7 cups! :) Thank you for posting here.
It seems like you are dealing with a lot of things right now.. and also for a very long time. Most of the time, addiction to anything is just another way to cope with something else, as you mentioned when your ex left you. But very soon, the addiction itself becomes the problem. I am proud of you that you went for counseling and support groups. How did they go? I understand that they aren't a permanent fix and we might start feeling down again. Could you tell me what were the things that worked for you when you started counseling? Was it joining a support group? Was it some strategies to cope?
You can always talk to one of the listeners here and I hope you get the support you need. Take care. :)
Hey! For me, PlayAmo is the best choice among online casinos. However, before choosing a game, I recommend reading the expert review, using a useful link thanks to which I was able to learn about bonus offers, payment options and find a lot of useful information that helped me use the casino's profitable offers. I like that the casino provides various customer support services, it is very convenient for me. The best thing about this online casino is the variety of games. I hope over time I will study each and choose what suits me.

Confronting addiction and seeking support are crucial steps towards recovery. Counseling and support groups provide essential guidance and encouragement on this journey. Remember, setbacks are common, but persistence is key. Exploring healthier coping mechanisms and seeking professional help, perhaps through betting app development, can pave the way to a brighter future.
I am sorry about that. If you have an addictive personality, perhaps you need to wait until you let it go. To me, it has never been a problem to stop on time. I just disallow myself to spend more time or money than I originally budget or plan. I have another problem. I need to read about how to triple your deposit before I start. This is not just a whim. I think I was playing ineffectively, spending more money at the starting point than I should have. There are a few places where I can play online without taking technical risks. If you ask me, I think that this will be a positive experience when we know about all the pros and cons beforehand.
