Well it's been 8 months moved half way across the country, been working a job I enjoy demolition worker quit gambling for 5 months so far got savings , got back in fitness , got my own home so things are moving up finally kicked the habit for good don't walk into bookies any more and don't go online gambling sites it's safe to say the urge is gone it's taught me a valuable lesson about money that is to respect it

I feel you. I even lost everthing. Im not the person i used to. I even have negative thoughts and im not buying it. We are people who felt empty and lost who gambles for temporary enjoyment but turned into addiction. Im even in debt that that would take my whole year salary. I dont even know what to do. Thats why negative thoughts are poping
