I have been clean and sober for 8 years and have recently relapsed on Alcolhol..... my SO can have a glass of wine so I thought that it was fine but I began drinking by myself the hard 101 proof. any words of wisdom? I need to be sober ..... I'm messing up again- relationships, work, family .... help !
