You don't have to go through this alone and you will get through this. I think if there's someone you can trust, I would reach out to them about it. The Recovery Village has some more information about methylphenidate addiction and they have coordinators that can answer any questions you have. Please don't feel as though you have to handle this alone because there is help out there and you will get through this! I am proud of you! 💗
