I've been sober from alcohol for two days and clean from self harm for four days!

@cinnamoncocoa I have been sober for 1 year and 3 months as of today and I have to tell you... I feel like an absolute super hero!!!!! Life is just so much better. Moments are so much sweeter. I am thankful for my recovery every single day.

@cinnamoncocoa I started my journey to sobriety over a year ago! It has been one of the best experiences of my life. I feel so much better emotionally, physically, and mentally!

Been sober over 48 hours now, hoping it's gonna get easier and more rewarding once I have been for a full 7 days

I'm getting ready for the tsunami of joy and all happy thoughts that come with Christmas. This pressure to be happy because it's Christmas already exhausts me, thus makes me want to drink. Being an English teacher I can't avoid the Jesus- glitter day.
I have 8 years clean as of today.

I have been clean for 70 days and this is the longest time I've been clean. Feeling amazing the best part ismi stopped craving

I don't actually know my exact clean date 🤷♀️ But I have stayed clean for over 11 years now!!!
Life still gets hard now and then but dealing with it clean and sober is SOOoooooo much easier!!!
