Seeking Help
Recently I was thinking about my own addiction, and how hard it was for me to get the help that I needed. I remember how intimidating the whole idea of seeking help felt to me when I first realized that I had a problem. This train of thought made me realized that I probably wasn't the only person who felt intimidated by recovery!I thought that maybe by posting a couple of links on this forum, it might make iteasier for people to find the help they need or at least start on their own path to recovery.
Seeing as most of my experience is centred around narcotics abuse a lot of these links will be focused on that, but I?m sure that they would be helpful with any kind of addiction.
