How to I refer a member?

In case you want to refer the chat to another listener, you can share the chat topic in the listener support room in 5 words or less (to avoid compromising chat confidentiality or member's anonymity) to check if any listener is available to take over. If yes, then you can share the profile link of that listener with your member, letting them know of the same. If none is available to take the chat in the room, you can send the "browse Listener" link https://www.7cups.com/BrowseListeners/ to the member, where they can search for listeners using filters as preferred as well.
