Teenage Listener
Hello,
So currently I am an active listener and although I do active listening for teenage group,I would like to know how to get verified as a teenage Listener, if there is an option as such.

Do you mean you're listening to teens here already?
As an adult listener, we can take chats from members who are 18 and over only.
If you come across any members who are under 18 please do let them know that there's a teen side in cups (13-17 years) where they can seek support from teen listeners and approved adult-teen-listeners (ATLs) and it's safer for them. So all they need to do is log out from their account, and mail community@7cups.com with a proof for their age requesting the community team to switch their account to the teen side.

I am never bored of your responses. I came in this platform specifically to speak to teenagers. But I saw that we need verification to speak to them. Thank you so much for your help and for sharing the form link to apply for adult-teen- listeners.

Glad to hear that and it's quite noble of you to want to help teens. Yes, there's some additional measures undertaken for teen-safety and the quality of support they recieve, hence the entire process around being approved to support teens, by the community. You're always welcome!
