@Power created a very informative infographic about staying safe on 7Cups, which you should definitely check out if you haven't yet!

I wanted to highlight a specific part of it to remind people what to do about inappropriate users:

If another user is harassing or abusive, you can report them by sending a screenshot of the incident to a Safety Coordinator or Community Manager. AND/OR you can submit a report to community@7cups.com.

Safety Leads: @Rebekah @tommy @Bookworm4
Community Managers: @Heather225 @ASilentObserver @Hope

The bottom line here is if you see something, say something. It's better to be safe than sorry. You have plenty of tools at your disposal (block in 1-1, mute in support rooms, etc) to shape your expereince, but if you ever feel like you need additional assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out by email, or to one of us!

While speaking up is encouraged and giving people the chance to share their experience, it's also important to be mindful where you're stating your encounter and how you're expressing your side of the story. Report channels are available and accessible. It's not that hard to use these tools and to submit a report.

I believe that it's better to let the admins know about the situation so they can take appropriate actions rather than complaining or spreading rumors/accusations about someone publicly and not addressing the issue properly.
