Twitter Team Manual
Hey there twitter soldiers and future soldiers here is the twitter team manual, this is a guide to help you get started with your social media outreach.
Please make sure you have read over the TEAM GUIDELINES.
What to tweet about:
What you tweet about should reflect the compassionate, supportive, and kind community that 7 Cups is. Use your best judgment. View your Social Soldier account as a force for good, and for spreading the 7 Cups mission and values. Feel free to discuss emotions, situations, and topics that often occur on 7 Cups. You might also want to post/retweet quotes or pictures, and thats 100% okay! Just remember that reaching out to people should be a priority.
How to Reach Out:
~ Search for keywords
Below will be a list of tags that you can use to search for people in need of support. Some of the more popular and prominent tags to search include: need to vent, need a friend, feeling lonely, anxious, and depressed.
~ Reply to tweets
When you find someone who has tweeted using one of those (or the below) tags, and looks to be in need of support, reach out to them! Respond to their tweet with a message that includes information about how 7 Cups can support them. You can find examples of replies below!
~ Dont forget!
Dont forget to include your personal referral link (found on your progress path in the bottom right hand corner) when tweeting to people!

Twitter Tags To Search:
Thanks to @Laura, @Niko, and @Rebecca for contributing to this list of tags/keywords. Note that on Twitter, you dont need the pound sign/hashtag when searching for tweets, but might help your own tweets (and therefore your referral link) be seen by more people. Please watch out, as some people might include potentially triggering content through these tags. Try to be aware of what might potentially trigger too, and if its a particular topic, just search for another one!
