South Indian breakfast is the best of all comprising the Idly , Dosa , Pongal , Uttapam , and other such items . Its been two years in Tamil Nadu so i've got used to it ;) . Please share your hunger . Would love to know what other desi people like .

My favorite is also South Indian : idli, dosa n vada
I also love gobi (cauliflower) n paneer (cheese) stuffed parantha with mango pickle.

Chicken tikka masala
Chunks of chicken (or other meats, paneer) marinated spices, yogurt, and masala spice.
Chicken korma
Has a thick gravy with yogurt, cream, and cashew nuts. Various meats and paneer can be used.
Saag
Saag can be made from spinach, mustard leaves, finely chopped broccoli, or other greens, along with added spices and sometimes other ingredients such as paneer.
Vindaloo
A dish marinated in vinegar and garlic.
Chicken makhani (butter chicken)
Cooked for several hours in fresh cream, garam masala, ginger, garlic, lemon, pepper, coriander, cumin, tumeric, chili, and butter.
Pasanda
Lamb meat flattened out in this. Curry can be made from cream, coconut milk, and almonds.
