Coping methods while in social isolation

This quarantine has been quite difficult for me, as I know it has been for a lot of other people. I can't use any of my regular coping methods now that I'm stuck in my room all day and I really don't want to start deteriorating. Please share any ways that have helped you or could be helpful to others during this difficult time.

Here's some ideas:

Cleaning

this is the best time to do some more cleaning

Exercise.

there are many exercises you can do indoor which dont require large space. Skipping, running in place, yoga, etc.

never done yoga before? there's YouTube.

Painting, drawing or even just doodling

don't have the tools for painting? doodling isn't required a lot of tools

Writing

There are many platforms for writing, from blogs to online writing platforms you can use freely.

Learning new things

many free learning apps or platforms that only require our willingness.

What are you interested at?

THE POINT is

Find things to do that trigger our bodies to produce happy hormones (dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, endorphins)

THE DON'Ts:

spending too much time on social media like Facebook and WhatsApp
