If you had the perfect mental health right now, how would you spend your day?

hi everyone!

we’re making our way closer to the end of our positive mental health event! yesterday, we talked about what’s stopping us from improving our mental health. today, we’re going to do some imagining in line with positive mental health.

imagining as though we have the perfect mental health can be really challenging - we can try to think about what may be stopping us from working on or improving our mental health, and imagine that those barriers aren't there. having a positive mental health can be really freeing and even help make us feel happier

if you had the perfect mental health right now, how would you spend your day?

Hi!

Let me think if I have a perfect mental health right now then:

1) I will start looking for a partner

2) Watch a couple of horror movies

3) Visit my relatives

4) Cook a few dishes

5) Join a singing class

This is all I can think of for now. Thanks for making the thread!

@EmmaE I would do every activity what I always wanted to do in the past but did not have energy and I would spend my time in nature and with people whom I like. :)))

❤️ Another extraordinary post from the eminent Emma! ❤️

❤️ That´s a great question (and can even help to set goals)! I would read every book ever, learn about anything and everything (obviously not in one day), gain more skills, engage in more meaningful activities, look for new connections and be happy. Not today, but let´s hope that I will in the future! And to whoever is reading this: you got this ❤️

Complete my more meaningful to do list as well as doing the items I have been procrastinating. I would be more confident and therefore complete all my creative projects without hesitation or doubt as to if my actions were correct or not.

I would finally start learning how to play the guitar, I've always wanted to and my grandpa got me my dream one, but I don't have the motivation to learn.

So I'd definitely do that

I'd not be here at home for href="https://skinlyaesthetics.com/">sure</a>! Come to think of it... This question is really interesting lol

If I had the perfect mental health, I would genuinely be happier. I wouldn’t have the need to rush home and have a mental breakdown; I wouldn’t have such a messy room; I wouldn’t have trouble texting people; I would be able to keep online relationships; I would be able to make plans instead of waiting for other people to make them and invite me; I wouldn’t be as agitated; I wouldn’t have to worry about accidentally snapping; I would have a good relationship with my entire family. It would be like a dream. I’m an extrovert who gets happier when I spend time with others, but I shut myself out away from others whenever I am not feeling happy. Its so difficult. If I had the perfect mental health, then I would never be stuck in this loop of loneliness.
