Listeners, leaders, and members alike - it could be anyone contributing positively, demonstrating our values, and making a difference through little acts. Have you witnessed someone taking time to help talk someone down in a room, or noticed someone answering questions in the forums? Someone may have sent you a personalized message when you needed it.  These moments of going above and beyond should be captured when they’re seen. In honor of World Kindness Day (November 13) and the entire month of Cupsgiving, I’d like to challenge you all to note them and share them here! Tag the person, “catching them” in the act of kindness, and with every tag let’s pay it forward, one good deed at a time.
