Badges: Auto-removal

Hello everyone.

When you apply for a leadership role, you are expected to fulfill a monthly quota to maintain your badge and show your leaders that you are active in your role. The recent auto removal of badges mentioned in Obs' announcement here was a result of the auto-remove option being fixed for badges where it wasn't working before. The following badges will be auto-removed for you at the end of the month for failure to meet your quotas:

• Room Supporter (sending 50 messages in EACH community room that you are a room supporter for. So if you are a room supporter for Anxiety Support and Depression Support, you will need to send 50 messages in Anxiety Support and 50 messages in Depression Support to ensure that your badges remain over into the next month. Also, Community Mentor Leaders reserve the right to set additional requirements to remain a part of the community and failure to comply will also result in the removal of badges from the team.)

• Forum Supporters (making 10 forum posts in EACH community that you are a forum supporter. Creating posts & replying to posts in your community will help to fulfill the quota.)

• Subcommunity-Based Community Mentors (making 10 forum posts in EACH community that you are a forum supporter. Creating posts & replying to posts in your community will help to fulfill the quota.)

• Needs Reply Team Members (making 10 forum posts in the community. You are asked to clear the Needs Reply queue on the community forum page or by visiting any community and using the Needs reply filter.)

• Chatroom Moderators (sending 100 messages in EACH community room that you are a chatroom moderator for.)

Note: The badge removal does not affect Community Mentor Leaders but they are still expected to fulfill the monthly requirements listed in the guide each month.
