All of us are preparing to start a new year, closing the chapter on a year filled with experiences, mistakes, failures, and successes, forging new connections. Undoubtedly, we are all ambitious to continue the next year with full realization of our goals. However, have you ever considered that by the end of the year, you are still alive and others may not have the chance to see the new year? How can we make a difference in making our years more impressive and leaving a positive impression for the next generation? This, I believe, is at the heart of the principles of leadership.

I feel, it's in the smallest acts, being kind, considerate, less judgy and more accepting of people and circumstances we are in. 😊

That's sound great, I share the same idea with you, I mean may a person can speak for hours, but one small action will have a meanful lessons and impacted touch to others.

I love your attitude! I also love the photo of the little folded boats! My dad taught me how to fold those when I was a kid. Seeing that photo brought back a good memory of my dad.
