We are looking for candidates for the position of Organization Support Associate. Please read this post for details or visit our job board.

Role Outline

This position is primarily a sales role.

You will be working to sell support systems to various organizations (mainly post-secondary schools), improve sales processes, and to ensure customer success.

In this role, you will work for 20 hours per week on sales, customer success, product, and community integration with organizations and schools. You must have the ability to be present during North American business hours. This position is a remote one, so you will not need to relocate.

You will need to:

- Be very conscientious with your work

- Be diligent and up to date with outbound marketing including cold emails and cold calls

- Demonstrate the 7 Cups support systems to schools and other organizations in order to qualify prospects/leads, and ultimately close deals

- Be effective in showing how the product works and how it can be used to improve the emotional health of specific organizations

Upon successfully closing deals, you will need to hit the ground running to implement the purchased product, answer their questions, and educate them further about 7 Cups. You will be responsible for connecting with the primary implementation contact in the organization and addressing their questions on how to integrate 7 Cups and our community with their organization. This process will require you to have a strong knowledge of the 7 Cups product and work alongside these organizations to ensure their branded support system is fully functioning and successful.

Requirements:

- 20 hours per week (roughly 4 hours per day)

- Strong knowledge of the 7 Cups product

- Strong problem solving abilities, communication skills, critical thinking, analytical thinking, and people skills

- Charismatic approach to sales

- Time Competency - You will not have a lot of time to do this, so you will need to proactively plan your time to ensure everything is covered

- Ability to problem solve to make the onboarding process for new organizations easier & more efficient

- Ability to analyze the sales process and your own sales process to make improvements where necessary

- Ability to grow quickly in a fast paced work environment
