Hello everyone!

Several questions and concerns have been raised regarding the subcommunities and forums. We are finding that keeping track of the tags in the forums makes it difficult to find the issues you're facing and come up with a solution, so to better help improve these frequently used areas, we have created a survey where you can share your thoughts on our subcommunities and forums.

As part of this post, I want to share the "7Cups Subcommunities Survey" form and ask everyone to fill it out. Please take a few minutes to take this survey and share your thoughts with us. This survey is divided into three sections:

  • General Information like your username, age group, account type, etc.

  • General feedback on the subcommunities

  • Leadership-based feedback (Only required if you are in any of the following roles: Room Supporters, Chatroom Moderators, Support Team Leaders, Forum Supporters, Project Agents, Community Mentors, and Community Mentor Leaders)

We value your opinion, and we would like to get your thoughts on how we can improve the subcommunity experience!
