new member looking for support

Hi There - I'm a new member (only a few days) and have found this site a great support. I've been in a major work crisis for a few months now and it's been (and continues to be) a very stressful rollercoaster. I've learnt a lot about myself and how I want to 'be' in the future but the future hasn't arrived yet and I'm still coping with the hurricane. I've been meditating, writing and trying to care for myself as best I can. But it's hard. I don't think I'm necessarily getting the most out of 7cups as I could so any support, both in general and with respect to maximising the support that 7cups can give me, would be appreciated.
