Sleeping problems
I have trouble sleeping at night. I get anxious over that

If thoughts are not the problem preventing you from sleep it might be worthwhile to check your bedtime routine whether there is something that needs changing - like drinking coffee late, exposure to white lights in the bedroom etc.
