Networking: is it worth it?

thoughtfulWriter4175 August 18th, 2022

I was thinking about this all day.

I tried it and it never works for me .

I'm a introverted person, I don't like talking

too much because I usually go blank from

anxiety.

My question is how can a older introvert get beyond the fear of coming off dumb or stupid?

So basically INTROVERT

means a person who usually wants

to spend time alone or gets awkward in dealing with people

So by SELF TALK he or she can talk with himself or herself that helps in boosting self confidence through this confidence he or she can communicate with others

(As per my opinion)

@thoughtfulWriter4175 It sounds like you have social anxiety and fear being judged and criticized by others. Making mistakes is part of being human, it's how we learn. Who you are does not depend on what other people think of you. Only you can decide whether the benefits of networking with others exceed or fall short of the risks of networking with others. However you choose, I hope you find happiness and peace in life.
