I’m 52 and divorced, I have two lovely kids who constantly support me and a stable income and health, but I struggle with feelings of loneliness, it has been a constant battle over the years and it gets so bad at times.
Glad to be here though.

Hello I’m 50 going through a divorce now. I totally understand you children supporting you and being your rock. I feel the same at times that loneliness. It does get me down too but I look at the simple things and get me back centered. It’s a daily struggle I know first hand as well.
