Hello, so I am finally learning about myself and my situation and it's not great. So here I am. I am not sure what I need or am looking for. I have already setup a listener and she is amazing!

I am not sure how it works. Do I use more than one, just one does it matter?

I feel like I have issues that require a counselor and am leaning toward someone at 7cups. I haven't researched or anything. Just Googled and came here.

Anyway, before I start rambling.
