i was today years old and my wife of 14+ years told me she is afraid to talk with me. I have no idea what to do.

It must have come like a shock to hear that your wife is afraid to talk to you. Do you feel that there are things in your marriage for a longer time that need to be addressed, maybe with the help of a marriage counselor?
