Hello beautiful people.
I am 51 and in the process of rebuilding a life I am proud of. Just got the diagnosis of Bipolar 1 in April. I just got home from the hospital on Friday for hopefully the last time. Just started Lithium.
I am happy to have found this community.

Sunday was mostly tiring for me, with multiple things to manage, but that's life I guess hehe. A whole lot of managing.
