"Retirement is not the end of the road, it's the beginning of the open highway"
When I read this quote my thoughts were "This is so true!" Now, in my later part of life I feel more motivated then ever to try new things. One of the reasons is of course that I have more time.
How about you?

Great idea! Part-time work can make it easier to get used to retirement in my view.
I believe making a retirement plan is important and also focusing on how to spend time to avoid having too much time on your hands which can lead to boredom and frustration.
