Finally Friday!

I have the day off today because Steve and I are going out to a nice dinner and then to a concert at a lovely old theater tonight I even booked us a room near the venue (I had points that were expiring I needed to use). I stress about evenings like this, as my anxiety will sometimes prevent me from having fun. Since I am the one that has to drive every where now (Steve lost his license last year) I also stress about finding parking spots. I am almost 56 years old, and my stress seems to be getting worse with age.

I know that the things I worry about are so minimal, but I just can't seem to let go and have fun anymore.
