What are your experience with meditation?

I personally used meditation to get through this pandemic in May. I find that it is a wonderful tool for inner peace, and giving your mind a break as well as gratitude!

Ive been a casual meditator for many years, but for some reasons, I have found it hard to keep my morning routine as regularly during the months of no work and isolation. Now that I'm working, I'm trying to get back in to it. 5-10 minutes each weekday morning. It is calming and helps me to be a bit more centered
