Well, I wish I did not need all that self-care. I've been slowing down a lot this past year...

How do you prioritize self-care in your daily routine? 

Everyday when I wake up or every evening before, during or while I’m winding down after dinner before I actually go to sleep, I note what my plan is or create a to do list for today if it’s in the morning or tomorrow if it’s in the evening the previous day. This helps me stay mentally organized and focused on my goals and my schedule. 

Are there any changes you’d like to make this year?

Yes. I’d love to have some more me time. Being around others, while nice, can be draining if it’s done too much or too long. 

At this point I haven’t been prioritizing my self care. But it’s a new year and an opportunity to make a change.

I take walks, meditate, listen to peaceful/calming relaxing music. I want to pick up reading again and just get through the struggle of what I'm going through.
