I lost my daughter 45 years ago @ three days old. I lost my 35 yr old son almost six years ago. I’ve one adult child who is happily married. I’ve got this irrational fear that he will die before me. My rational brain tells me one cannot secure or control life ~ obviously, yet I can’t seem to shake this fear. Any opinions or suggestions to help me overcome this ?

I cannot imagine your pain to out live your children..... I almost lost one and it was a lot to handle.
I think your fear or what if thoughts are totally normal considering the history but i would try to push that out and enjoy the one you have left everyday
