Lost my mom just now... What kind of therapy i should start with

hello everyone in the community,

I know its not the right thing to introduce with fried and pain of losing my mom but it happened all of a sudden as soon as I joined 7 cups. I need a good listener who has some practical knowledge of therapies I need to start with as I really need help to get out of this pain as I am already going thru with a lot. Thanks
