Introduction

I’m 45 already and still going through a very difficult breakup… which is kind of frustrating given my age. Or is it that my generation is not really into successful relationships? If not, please just let me believe so. Even tho deep inside I know I’m relentlessly sabotaging my own well-being. So I’m on a quest to identify and deconstruct self limiting beliefs; I think I’d like to become the person that I needed to be around when I was a kid. Unfortunately right now I’m just super anxious and completely identified with a nightmarish story I tell myself about my experience. Well I should add this intro to my LinkedIn profile.
