Hello to you all So lucky I found this and can be part of somthing positive that I can get help and also help myself Is anyone else here from the uk ? A lot of my stressors are work at present I do suffer with bad anxiety and depression and feeling overwhelmed atm

You can filter for your preferences in Listeners like ones from the UK and/or have experience with anxiety for example. You can then view the Listeners' profiles and message them from there.
