Breathe….this might not be what you want to hear and it isn’t going to cure you but try it. Close your eyes and listen to your breathing, take a deep breath in, and slowly out. Try it a few times and when you stop think about what makes you happy. It might be a person, place or thing. But don’t rush it and try to enjoy it.
