Hello

Hi guys I’m a 36 year old from Scotland and this year has been a huge knock for me I have really struggled with the lockdown and living on my own for the first time in a long time. I am hoping it is only temporary but I feel like things are just stuck in this awful limbo state right now and it is bringing me down. I’m struggling with depressive episodes and low moods and finding it difficult to push through but each day we try again and hope tomorrow is a better one.
