Hi everyone. I'm 41 and struggling to understand myself and why have stayed 8 years in a controlling and toxic relationship. I thought I was strong and semi intelligent. I don't know who I am anymore .

hi, i am so sorry you are having to go through this. I am to in a similar situation. I have to remind myself every day that I AM ENOUGH, I AM WORTHY, I AM STRONG. I just want you to know that you are as well, even if your partner chooses to be blind to it. You are enough.
