World health day
Thinking that today is world health day, it seems important to me to have one more pretext to raise my quality of life a little more. That requires pauses and plans. Accept adversity as part of my life and also consider that on the planet there are many ways to "nurture" my life with solutions.
My plan for this month would include healthy eating and meditation, as well as silent-mental-meditation to avoid magnifying problems.
I'm curious about what else could be included in a monthly self-care planner :)
