Sober, but still Addicted

Hi! Single 41 year old, 3 years sober from alcohol and opiates but that addiction transferred over to a shopping addiction. I have always 🛍 to positively reward myself due to the lack of positive influences in my life. I'm here to be an ear and vice versa.
