I've been struggling with sleep, the thought of waking up scares me.
I hate silence so I have to constantly have sound in the background then when it goes quiet I wake up in a panic because I'm alone with my own thoughts which is the scariest place for me.
I haven't slept for 3 days now apart from an hour here and there and its draining the life out of me.
I have sleeping tablets and they help me fall asleep but I'm wide awake an hour later 😔
