How do you adapt to hard times alone? I made poor choices as a minor and young adult.

I think try to gain some skills or independence in some small way. Even if planting your own crops and fruits. Maybe group with like minded people trust. Rear your own animals....or if you offer a service or products, give samples, do for free to other business. Then try to make a name for yourself.

I did as well, so I unfortunately can relate a bit :/ I dont want to be too intrusive or make any assumption about your hard times, but churches and local community/crisis centers may be able to provide resources, or at least offer support groups so that you are not so alone. Just depends on what you are needing

Try to engage in physical activities, group activities and volunteering, which allow you to increase your support and support network. Sometimes we can't change the choices of the past, but we can make new ones in the present.
