Broken inside out

Absolutely heart broken. Had a missed miscarriage 4 weeks ago. Found out at 10 weeks there was no heart beat. Completely devastated. To top it off my boyfriend walked out 2 weeks after. I feel so empty and so broken. I never thought I'd be without him. And to leave when I needed hike the most. I feel so alone, I'm exhausted, I don't sleep I don't eat, I cry all day everyday. I've lost the one person I wanted to stay and spend my life with.
