been feeling so lonely cause also literally mostly alone during the holidays. :( so overwhelmed with responsibilities, i do not have enough emotional strength to carry everything on my own.
Sorry you feel alone. I feel alone and overwhelmed also, am trying to beat addiction and someone in a support group mentioned taking things one hour at a time…

I hear you. I'll be honest, even though I'm married, Christmas and New Years is a really hard time for me.
My husband betrayed me 2 years ago,and even though we are in therapy, I wish I could just sometimes walk out if my house and meet people who can relate to me.
