Resources for those that cannot afford psychiatrists

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone has any online resources for people that can't afford psychiatrists. I've talked with a few sliding scale clinical social workers over the years but I didn't really make any progress with my issues. I was wondering if perhaps there could be other ways I could find help.

If you have insurance call them as my sessions have been free because of covid. Just ask about mental health services
